KnD has been working with Bonmen development/construction company through different stages from detailed design, construction certificate, construction documentation and site assistance.
The project, designed by another firm has been taken over by KnD for the delivery phase under the NSW Building Practitioner Act applicable to class 2 buildings.
The project has completed by the end of 2025.
